Mr. Karmacharya, the chef of the continental section was born on 03-09-1954 in Sukuldhoka, Bhaktapur. He has contributed in various areas of Hotel Management as the chef of 5 Star Hotels for 27 years and is a Board Member and Instructor of the Chef Association of Nepal for the past 6 years. He was the successful promoter of Masti Magic cooking in the Hotel Radission and trained in Food Preparation & Control in H.M.T.T.C. from 15-02-1982 to14-02-1983. He also took 4 months of Industrial Training in the Hotel Annapurna. He obtained Food Hygienic Course training in the Abu Dhabi Hilton Hotel and Test Item Writer's training in TITI (C.T.E.V.T) to which he contributed from 21-04-2008 to 25-04-2008. In the field of Hotel Industry he has had experience in the Hotel MALLA, Katmandu from 01-03-1983 to 03-01-1984; from 03-04-1984 to 15-04-1985 in the Hotel Soaltee Oberoi, Katmandu; 01-10-1985 to 04-10-1986 in the Hotel Everest Sheraton, Katmandu; 17-12-1991 to 15-01-1992 in the Moonlight Restaurant, Bahrain; 17-10-1995 to 02-05-1999 in the Hotel Hilton, Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.). He has won many more awards such as a GOLD MEDAL for plates populaire at the Emirates Solton Culinair 1999 in Dubai (U.A.E.); a BRONZE medal for the Chef Culinary Challenge at the Hiton Hotel 1998, Dubai; a BRONZE medal for mini plate competition at LIWA center, 1998, Abu Dhabi and is currently working as Managing Director in the Global Institute
Mrs. Nirmala Kakshapati
Mrs Kakshapati, one of the leading Administrators, was born in Khalanga-5, Pyuthan and has acquired various Hotel Management trainings. She has outstanding experience in NGO, INGO, anchoring Women’s Legal Training, etc. and 7 years experience in the field of Hotel Management. She achieved Micro-Enterprise Development Training and Training Executive in related fields. Presently she is actively playing the role of Marketing Director, Counselor and Head Adminstrator from 05-03-2008 to the present time.
Mr. Shrestha is continuously serving in the Food and Beverages, Housekeeping, Front Office and is continuing with his BHM.
He was born in 15-10-1983.
He has dedicated the last 8 years to serving in the Hotel Industry and to teaching in different institutes along with Mobile Vocational Training. Presently he is an active Instructor of Housekeeping, Front Office and Food & Beverage Service.
In the field of Hotel Industry he has worked in Service, Kitchen and Bar in the Radisson Hotel. He worked with NGO/INGO (Amices Del Nepal) Mobile Training in Makawanpur, Bhimphedi. He worked with a foreign nationality as an Office Assistant; worked as a House-keeper and in the Front Office and Food & Beverage Department of the Hotel Gang Jong; worked as a Front Office Supervisor in the Hotel Gang Jong. Currently he is working as an Instructor in the Global Institute of Hotel Management.
Mr. Bishnu Kumar Shrestha
Mr. Shrestha was born on 25-07-1967 Bhanu-5, Bhansar Bazaar, Tanahun Gandaki. He is working as Human Resource Manager in the Everest Hotel from 17-08-2009 to the present date. He monitored the Account Section with his 22 years of experience in the Administration Departments of 5 Star Hotels. He worked in the Yak & Yeti Hotel, Durbar Marg, Kathmandu from December 1989 to August 2009 as Assistant Personnel Manager.
Mr. Shyam Kumar Khadka
Mr Khadka is a senior instructor in Indian and Bakery/Pastry through HACCP EMD, Kitchen Management from KLESSHEIEM (Australia), and NATHM. He has 22 years of experience in Star Hotels as Chef and 11 years of membership in the Hotel Association of Nepal. In the field of Hotel Industry he worked at the Royal Singi Hotel, Kathmandu as a Sous-Chef from 03-04-2004 to the present date; in the Siji Hotel, Fujairah, UAE as a Asst. Pastry Chef from Oct. 2001 to March 2004; the Royal Singi Hotel as Chef-De-Cuisine (Indian & Nepali Kitchen) from 15-03-2000 to 16-10-2001; the Raddision Sas Hotel, Dubai, U.A.E. as Chef-de-Partie (Bakery & Pastry) from September 1997 to March 2000; the Hotel Kuwait Regency Palace, Kuwait as Commis I Cook (Bakery) from Dec.1995 to Sept.1997; the Hotel Yak & Yeti, Kathmandu as Commis I Cook from Dec.1993 to Dec.1995; the Hotel Maryland, Manama, Bahrain as Commis II Cook from June 1990 to Sept.1993; the Hotel Soaltee Oberoi Deluxe, Kathmandu as Commis III Cook from 01-11-1989 to 15-06-1990. He completed the In Service Cook Training Course in Grade ‘A’ from the Chef Association of Nepal from 02-05-2000 to 01-06-2000; Kathmandu. HACCP Training Workshop, by Texas Management Consultants, Fujairah, U A E. Kitchen Management, conducted 17-2-2007 by ‘SCHLOSS KLESSHEIM’. (AUSTRIAN TEAM), Kathmandu.
Mr. Resham Kumar Lama
A Senior Instructor of Chinese and Instructor of Continental and Indian Section, Mr. Lama was born in Kabhre Phalante-8, Nepal and worked with Kitchen Management from NATHM. He has 15 years of experience in Star Hotels as Chef and Executive Chef in the Hotel View, Bhrikuti, Godavari. In the field of Hotel Industry he worked at the Hotel Tridevi, Thamel as Assistant Cook & Promoting Commis I Cook, 1995 to 1998; worked as a Head Cook at the Hotel Seven Corners, Thamel from 1998 to 1999; worked at the Hotel Shahanshaha International, Dhapasi, and Chef Departie as Indian Chef, from 1999 to 2001; worked at the Korean Hotel Khushi – Khushi Matatirtha, Thankot as a Chef from 2001 to 2003. He received an Excellent Comment Letter from Cimmyt International Maize & Wheat Improvement Center, South Asia Program.He has worked in the Hotel Mountain (Pvt. Ltd.) Kanthipath as Exec- Chef. In the Hotel Tridevi, Thamel he worked as Commis I Cook from 1995 to 1998 and at the Hotel 7 Corners, Thamel he worked as Head Cook from 1998 to 1999. In the Hotel Shahanshaha International Pvt.
